Description of natural stone

Rogowski granite has a unique coloration that allows it to be used in various areas of construction, design, and architecture, not only for houses and urban buildings, but also for decorating parks, gardens, private courtyards, and other landmarks.

This material belongs to the 1st natural radiation group, which makes it possible to use granite in any construction activity without restriction. It can be used to manufacture the following products: modular slabs, steles, monuments, paving stones, steps for staircases, and much more.

The Rogovskoye granite deposit is located in Ukraine in the Volodarsk-Volynsky district of the Zhytomyr region. Stone from this deposit is very rare, although it is extremely popular. This is because the quarry itself is small compared to others and production is low, so finished products are not always available. This type of material is easy to cut and does not crumble at the edges and corners, which allows for the production of small, expressive details. Rogovskoye granite has a palette of green and gray shades. It has medium saturation and a fine-grained structure.

Its physical characteristics are as follows: compressive strength — 223 to 255 MPa, moisture absorption — 0.18%, abrasion — 0.48 g/cm2. Compared to similar indicators for other types of granite, these values are good. This allows this granite to be used even for massive structures, columns, and other structures. Its appearance makes it suitable for interior decoration, for example, in bathrooms or saunas.
